Our kitchen crew is headed by co-owner and chef Angelo Contrada. A strong emphasis is placed on freshness and quality of ingredient which is evident in our menu which changes on a daily basis.
All of our ingredients are either sourced locally, imported from Italy or grown by Angelo's parents Michelangelo and Antoinetta during the summer months. What is not used during the summer and fall is then canned or frozen for use during the winter months.
We strive to create all our items in-house, from the biscotti with your cappuccino to the pesto on your pasta and the wonderful dessert to finish your meal.
